Hi! My name is Rachel Swaim. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I completed my Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in clinical mental health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2020.
I provide individual and family therapy to adolescents and adults. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and addiction. I view counseling as a collaborative process between clients and myself, with clients being able to set their own goals for therapy and treatment. I take a Person-Centered approach to therapy while pulling interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

I received a Master’s degree in psychology from Saint Leo University and a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty
University.
I have developed and honed my skills over the last eight years by working with various populations including children, adolescents, and adults in case management, private practice, hospital, school/day treatment, and tele-mental health settings. Some of the areas that I have practice include stress/anxiety, depression, self-harm,
self-esteem, substance use, trauma, personal growth, and adjustments/life transitions.
My approach to counseling is a person-centered and strengths-based approach while utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I also have experience with motivational interviewing.
I strive to provide clients with the foundation that is needed to improve their current situation and help them to reach their goals. I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel empowered to be their most genuine self. I work to personalize each approach to therapy based on the client’s individual needs.

I received a Master's degree in social work from the Joint Master of Social Work Program with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University.
Over the past six years, I have honed my skills through academic and internship programs, gaining valuable experience with a diverse range of populations, from adolescents to underserved communities.
I have had the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team, as we provide integrated approaches using many modalities. Those may include Systems theory, a strength-based perspective, and motivational interviewing.

Hi! My name is Brooklynn Cole and I am the owner of Bloom Therapeutics! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
I treat adolescents and adults with a variety of diagnoses including mental health, substance use and co-occurring. I offer individual, group and couples counseling. I specialize in working with individuals who experience symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar Disorders and Personality Disorders including Borderline Personality Disorder.
I utilize a systems theory approach and recognize all areas of our lives impact our mental health and functioning. I most commonly utilize Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I offer faith based counseling for those who would like to incorporate faith into their therapy.

Hi! My name is Heather Roberts and I am the business manager of Bloom Therapeutics. I have an Associate’s Degree in Medical Administration from ECPI in Greensboro (NC). I have worked in Medical Billing & Coding for the last 12 years. I am discovering that my passion for business management comes from my love for organizational excellence. I manage all staff and oversee the daily operations of the office while working with the client’s insurance and obtaining authorization’s as needed.
